Horrible customer service, I call during business hours and no one ever answers, I got to their office and they’re never there, I’ve paid fees because of them being absent all the time. They change their meetings last minute from zoom to in person and no one notifies me.
The staff is really helpful and the counselors are amazing.
This place is ridiculous. They don't deserve 1 star. Margie is a manager there and her behavior and attitude was very unprofessional with me because I was asking questions about their program but she was cool when she was running my card. They fail to keep proper records for classes that were rescheduled on their end but have no problem adding fees to your bill for something that is their fault. How is that right? Sure, people that are required to complete DUI classes have obviously broke the law to get there but should that... read more
