Went to site to reserve ride for 12:07/22, maybe to earlier. I gave personal info including debt info needing ride from San Antonio Airport to Crockett Hotel. Site never allow me to show time or date they automatically sent a lift vehicle to airport. I could not stop the ride, making attempts to do so with no success. Finally I text stop?, cancel ride? I was charged $17.77, then they refunded the $17.77, then they charged a cancellation fee of $5. and some change. I was dissatisfied because the the site did what it did.
