We have a positive experience with Lifestyle for our new construction home. From initial sales conversations, we really appreciated being able to spend time refining our wishlist to fit within our budget. Travis was very helpful with his recommendations. Once we started the build, Dan our contractor kept us updated throughout the whole process and was very responsive. We had a great experience building in Aripeka. You can tell it is a quality built custom home. Russ is awesome and after we closed has continued to be present and we have had zero problems getting our punch list done (there was very little to punch out). The internal staff has always been super easy to deal with and their communication is excellent. Our house is beautiful and so well built. We have built many houses over the yrs but this is by far the best experience we have had.
