We recently purchased a home in Aripeka built by Lifestyles. Our home is absolutely beautiful. Lifestyles made sure that any issues we had were resolved promptly. Our Project Manager was Russ and he's awesome at getting things done and keeping us informed on timelines. We highly recommend this company for a custom home. We extended our lanai, extended the primary bath and extended the pantry and aded an outdoor shower. This was our first custom built home and it all went fairly smoothly and we closed earlier than expected!

Avoid this builder at all costs. Building a custom home should be exciting—not a full-time job managing every detail yourself because the builder refuses to take responsibility. We have a positive experience with Lifestyle for our new construction home. From initial sales conversations, we really appreciated being able to spend time refining our wishlist to fit within our budget. Travis was very helpful with his recommendations. Once we started the build, Dan our contractor kept us updated throughout the whole process and was very responsive.
