I’m backing Mariana’s review. The house was bought new in 2016. The actual buying process was a headache. Personally having been a realtor for 4 years, Denise is unprofessional. She was always rude and impatient as if the house was free. After closing date we still had items misssing such as mirrors and Robert came up with. We purchased a Lifestyle Home 4 years ago and have loved it! The finished and quality are top notch. I really enjoyed the included upgrades and didn’t feel like they charge for every single upgrade. Beautiful home that will last as our forever home in Nolensville.

I’ve just moved in about a week ago and I will say so far so good I will do another review in a couple months. I am having a issue with my refrigerator not fitting into the spot because the cabinet is uneven but someone is supposed to come out and fix that. I noticed some of my fixtures are different colors my cabinet hardware is black faucets and the hardware on the closet doors are silver. In the bathroom I have black handles and silver faucets and it’s all a mix of metals. My half-bath has different color light different ... read more
