Upon arrival, the cleaning team ladies were open to listen to my concerns/requests (especially concerns stemming from the previous, initial visit), and certainly put in the effort during the cleaning session to ensure those concerns were addressed. Extremely reliable company. Any changes in scheduling, required for any number of reasons, have been handled effectively and to my complete satisfaction. Response time is very good and every cleaner I have had has been excellent. Currently I have Emily coming to my home twice a month and her work ethic is exemplary.
