this is the first brand new bed-frame ive ever bought! we have had it almost 2 years and the support legs have snapped from me sliding the bed, i had called & the man working (i forgot his name) had me email him pictures and not only called me back so fast but ordered new legs/hardware for us and even sent to our address! we really appreciate them and will definitely be back next time we need furniture!

The misses and I ordered a few items back in August. One of them they told us was discontinued so we could get the floor item, and so we did. A few weeks ago, the discontinued item broke. When I called, they told us they'll see if they can still get a part from the manufacturer, and if not will see what they can do. I feared the worse, but held out hope. We had an awesome experience with Lifestyle Furniture and Mattress! We bought a bed with a warranty in 2020. It had some issues within the warranty time frame so we contacted them about it then they sent a rep out, he confirmed the issues and they gave us a new bed under the warranty free of charge. Normally you’d expect some push back and a lot of excuses but they went above and beyond and made it a very pleasant seamless process. Very impressive service will be using them for future furniture purchases!
