Rhondas class on Monday and Wednesdays at 9am. Sometimes she has circuit classes and hiit classes. she is great! I also recommend Marcies class which are amazingly hard but fun! oh...cant forget Mary's class as well!

I have been going to this gym for years ... love the staff and how clean they keep it! Everyday I go they are up cleaning!
Staff is always friendly and helps you with whatever you need. Clean environment, everyone is pretty good with cleaning equipment after they are done and I see staff do it as well.
