We were reminded again tonight just how hard you can work I a group fitness class! My legs are screaming and what a calorie burn tonight! I’m very pleased with this gym. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The equipment is clean and the staff helped me learn how to use the rowing machine. I love it here!
