Comfortable... This gym offers a very comfortable environment to work out in. The cardio room is separate from the free weights, offering a bit of privacy. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. This gym does not feel like a meat market! Highly recommend it!

Full service fitness This is the fitness place for everyone. There is a pool, hot tub, steam room, and more. The wide variety of fitness equiptment as well as the offering of evey level of fitness classes makes this a fitness paradise. They have clean changing rooma and lockers. They do also offer one on one training classes. Group water exercise is offered for many levels of fitness. Check it out if looking for a sensible program.
