Dr. Francisco and team are attentive, explain everything clearly, and truly cares about comfort. The office is super clean, efficient, and always caring about time. Highly recommend! The staff, all women, were absolutely wonderful and kind from start to finish. From the first call to set up the appointment to meeting my hygienist, who showed me around the office first and made me feel so comfortable, to meeting Dr.D and final checking out. Everyone was beyond kind and gracious. I didn’t feel judged or shamed because I have not been to the dentist in over a decade. I felt taken care of and heard. 10/10 experience and highly recommend.
Great experience! I am definitely suggesting this office to my family members. The tools are up-to-date on things I didn’t even know existed! I am very pleased with the results. Everyone there was so kind and was very focused on my comfort and making me feel good. This will definitely be my new dentist location!
came in for the very first time for a cleaning last thursday. i have been going through an extremely traumatic year full of surgeries and devastation, my surgeon recommended a dental cleaning before my next surgery in april. i explained my situation to the team and Dr DeFransico (even shed some tears) and they were all beyond supportive and comforting. they made my dental experience super comfortable while also making sure i felt calm and comfortable in my emotional and self conscious state. they did mention having to redo s... read more
