Buyers beware. These builders are absolutely incompetent, terrible at communicating and completely remove themselves of any responsibility or fault when the project goes wrong. I would never recommend anyone buy or work with them. The lack of communication for delays is unacceptable. I do not understand how they can look at you directly tell you lies about when they can truly get something done and then turn around and not deliver. Choose another builder and save yourself 1.5 years and multiple preventable headaches

I bought their recent church conversion project. Avoid this builder if you don't want to deal with low quality, things not delivered as contractually signed, and sub-par customer service. There is no after sales customer service, and the homes are poor in quality. Their services appear to be contracted off to third-party companies which makes them appear more experienced.
