Where do I start. Our new Iconn van that took 6 months from order to delivery, then supplied without the advertised Evakool drawer fridge, that then took 4 months to resolve. On handover it was noted that the Poptop roof when raised is 35mm lower than the front. Apparently our van missed having the gas struts fitted to assist and fix the issue. Finally after 5 months I received the gas struts, unfortunately it’s now been 6 months and yet still haven’t received the installation instructions after many phone calls and emails. ... read more

we are starting the long product viewing and learning prices.so far lifestyle has come in on top with great staff even though most of the vans are in Melbourne for the show they spent time to show us and help with all the questions . thank you all we will be back
Quick thank you to Paul from Lifestyle Campers. We had an electrical problem with our recently purchased Iconn E2. Paul patiently stepped us through the use of 12v, 240v and Inverter. Over three phone calls talked me through the issue and how to solve it. Fantastic service. Problem solved promptly and we are more informed on the use in various situations. 5 star service.
