My experience…. Terrible customer service not professional
Very disappointing experience. I had a deposit on a specific vehicle and was actively working through financing with full intent to complete the purchase. I was in communication and awaiting updates, yet the vehicle was moved to another dealership without any clear notice or opportunity given to finalize my deal. If there were time constraints or another buyer, a simple call or 24-hour notice would have allowed me to proceed immediately. Instead, I was left in the dark while actively trying to move forward.
