Dawn Lambert and the team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Dawn brings to the table an expertise level of the local market like noone I've used before. She took the lead on so many items in order to sell our homes. I cannot endorse her more. She has forever changed what I expect a realtor to do for their clients.
