I made an appointment for my husband here in December of 2020 and they could not honor it. They said the doctor wasn't available and asked us to reschedule for several hours later in the day. When we showed up, the second time, they still could not honor the appointment and said it would likely be the following week before they could. At that point, we asked for our $25 payment to be refunded but it never was. The office seemed disorganized and the customer service was poor. The nurse is the most unprofessional nurse I have ever met. I will never do business with this place again.
Spoke with Donna over the phone, super nice and caring. She squeezed me in and took great care of me. Needed a rapid covid test and I needed it done ASAP and they accommodated me. Very grateful and thankful. I’ll definitely refer.
