This place is amazing! Scott saw me right away and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me exercises and hints on how to improve my back and what not to do. Each week he progressed with how I was feeling and anything new that came up. I would recommend them to everyone.
Thank you to Alex and the staff at Lifestrength for getting my shoulders feeling better than ever. Absolute professionals here that know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Scott and the Lifestregnth team are truly amazing. Very well educated and they take the extra effort to explain the how and why of the pain/problem you are experiencing. They take their time, listen , ask detailed questions and then will isolate the problem. This allows them focus on the actual problem area. Lifestrength Physical Therapy, Inc gave me my life back! After extensive neck reconstruction surgery, and the addition of 2 titanium rods and 10 screws, I was left with limited movement and had to regain strength, balance and accommodations in daily movements and many activities that I took for granted!
