So finding a doctor has been the biggest hurdle my family’s gone through having my medicine on time losing jobs because of not having my medicine I’ve been scheduled effective since I was 18 and I’ve never found a Doctor Who understood me more. Go see Dr. Sam he’s literally the most caring man who really heard me out and listened for the first time ever.
So I called last week to get an appointment with a Doctor Who would be a person who understood my husband. My husband has skiff affective disorder and he is 6 foot nine and he is a mixed black and white man. If I could give this place Zero stars I would . I was treated very poorly by the head nurse on the males unit . ( mental health ) and was treated with no care ... rudeness , and racism. Most of the employees are African Americans which is no issue what so ever if it wasn't for the fact that they are racist . I was called a cracker twice by the nurse. She said I was nuts and she was done talking to me ... refused my grievance request many times and did not dispense my meds at all . She even took me off of my suboxone out of s... read more
Tried to call the facility several times person who answered the phone was so rude and snippy.took 4 calls and was never able to leave a message. Called back in the evening and was absolutely dismissed, patio ized and I'm appalled at the level of unpressionalism. I tried to express some background info on a family member and was told they weren't gonna listen to me talk bad about them. What?!!! I also send a message thru the website was was never contacted.
Dose not have therapists on staff don't waist your time.
