I had to wait for my appointment for 1 ½ . I had filled the necessary paperwork online, and same paperwork in the office, and then same paperwork on the electric pad. I had to give urine sample, which was strange, I questioned why it was so they could see if I was on drugs. I was there not for drugs but to see why I had numbness in my foot?
