Smart and intelligent friendly staff
I appreciate that Livestream Blood Bank takes safety seriously, but the way I was treated left me feeling judged and stereotyped, like I was seen as someone less than, instead of a willing donor. The staff spoke to me as if they were doing me a favor by letting me donate, which was uncomfortable and disappointing. They also kept referencing the "promotion," to my husband (who has always had no issues in donating but was found ineligible as well) as if that was the only reason we showed up.
