Someone needs to shut this place down and charge the entire staff with neglect, physical abuse and fraud. We have been dealing with them for almost eight years unfortunately as it is the only option. Pills are not sent 90% of the time, we have to call at least 5 times and they keep making false promises. They beat and abuse the patients this is disgraceful. 1.0 star rating 11/28/2017 I have been submitted into Lifestream on and off for about 5 years now (2012-2015). I've been getting better over time with other help. However, my past visits to this facility have been awful! I have countless stories of improper conduct ranging from staff to the general building. The workers, I can't even say have any experience in nursing, often like toying with their patients. They've always been disrespectful to the patient's, treating us like prisoners and animals. (Former Behavioral Therapist at Lifestream Leesburg) I write this review in hope that someone of influence and strength within the Mental Health Department of Florida will take notice and take action to close this facility once and for all. On the surface the facility appears adequate enough but once your loved ones of friends are taken behind the closed doors, be assured that "adequate" does not come close to defining the level of care or experience especially when it comes to minors. This is a great office to go to as long as you get the right person to talk to!!
