I received a call from a supervisor named Venetia and she proved that I was wrong when I thought that life station did not really care. Clearly they do care and clearly I was possibly mistaken in my quick judgment of their customer service. Therefore, I am withdrawing my poor review and commending life station for hiring someone like Venetia. Worthless customer service. Needed to cancel. I am just overwhelmed with all the new insurance guidelines. I received this message from life station medical alert system provider under Aetna. They practically begged me continuously to use their medical alert system. It’s a system to alert medical personnel if you have an emergency such as fall or stroke or any unforeseen emergency. The letter stated we were notified by Aetna your eligibility for this service has ended. Which means your health plan no longer covers cost of this service. I have called to cancel for 2 months! I was promised a return label which was never delivered. Poor customer service! I do not recommend!
