Great experience over the Phone. Unfortunately, I have still not received the device after waiting 3 to 4 weeks however they keep taking money out of my bank account. If it looks like a duck walks like a duck then it’s a scam stay clear
I talked with Asia, very nice and helpful. My medical alert watch is essential because I've had five dislocations. This product works great. 👍
They are not honest , the fall device is not accurate and if your loved one falls and is injured the CSR is trained to make you look stupid just before they call the on site attorneys to cover their assess. Run from these bums Stick with life alert in my humble opinion

My mom fell about 4 weeks ago...not a hard fall. Nonetheless, she ended up on the floor. Fortunately her phone was within reach to call me. She never heard from lifestation. Very disappointed. What if the fall had been worse?! And yes, the unit was fully charged and around her neck. I would not have given any stars except I was unable to send the comment unless I did.
