I am just overwhelmed with all the new insurance guidelines. I received this message from life station medical alert system provider under Aetna. They practically begged me continuously to use their medical alert system. It’s a system to alert medical personnel if you have an emergency such as fall or stroke or any unforeseen emergency. I have called to cancel for 2 months! I was promised a return label which was never delivered. Poor customer service! I do not recommend!
Today I spent 45 minutes on their Customer Service line looking for assistance with a technical issue, listening to advertizments for their products and services before finally giving up and calling their sales line were I spent another 10 minutes listening to recordings in their phone tree. My Mom had the GPS smartwatch, it was very easy for her to use! Nice features on the watch. The service was great, it worked everywhere that she went! I highly recommend Lifestation
