My mom was to be picked up at 4 from suburban hospital. When 8 o’clock rolled around the hospital called ( as the ER was full and they desperately needed the room she was in) and they said they were there at 2 and they were turned away!?!? I was in her room all day and the ENTIRE floor of nurses, front desk staff and techs can testify that they were never there. Covering up disorganization with lies is not acceptable. If you think about working for the DC/MD location then watch out for Manager Henry. He likes to fire people for the ridiculous and unfair reasons,‘especially of color. Just fire two hard working employees for AJ location wrong doing and blamed dc employees for it.

My sister had a (:45 am appointment on May 13, 2021. Her driver was Victor and Her Primary Care was Zack. These two gentlemen must be truly commended for their level of professionalism. They talked to my sister, let her know their names and what they were doing every step of the way. They gave my sister the comfort and care she needed as they transported her to her dialysis appointment in Silver Spring. I thank them for their care and hope they get the commendations they deserve. thank you life star.

We’ve been stuck with this awful service twice for hospital transport. We’ve waited hours and hours. The nurses politely call to check and see where they are and get told “they’re going to be late, maybe another hour or two.” Today I’ve been waiting 8 hours for them to show up. Waiting 8 extra hours in the ER for them. Last time we waited an extra 6 hours in the ER. If you can avoid this service please do.

Very poor response band customer service. You call for transport when the distance to where you are going is only 10minutes and you are told it's going to be 3 hrs. After 3 hrs you call they say it's 30-40 minutes then after an hour when you call they " we are doing the best we can" They don't even bother to apoliapol and say it's going to be 20 minutes. They need to change their name.
