I love my therapist and my psychiatrist but the billing is very confusing. Just got dropped a $1,800 statement when I've paid all my co-pays and confirmed I'm covered by my insurance. And now I need my medication they have me on. Crazy work for a therapy office to do this to people. Edit: apparently they send out the statements via email but that is just how much my insurance owed? But then why am I sent a statement that has the option for me to pay on it? It insinuates that i owe and should pay that amount. I had to miss an... read more
I had to pay 100% out of pocket for services after being told I was covered. I verified that I was covered 3 separate times. They do not review billing properly and are unprofessional.
