STAY AWAY!!! Lifestance which is the company that runs this place is a complete scam. Look at their reviews!!! I showed up and logged in for my online appointment and after about 10 minutes no one showed up. So I call them and they say “oh we had to cancel your appointment because you didn’t fill out the initial docs online. Ummm ok. I was never told I had to. But whatever I’ll just reschedule. But then they start sending me a bill for $350 for a show. I’ve called 3 times asking them why? And all they say is they’ll look int... read more
Super deceptive business. I have not been a patient for over a year and now I get a bill for $1400. They are saying none of my appointments were covered by insurance which I was never informed about and have now learned over a year after going there. The BBB has a big warning on their website that Lifestance is famous for deceptive business practices. Do not go here your wallet will regret it!
Lorraine Collins-Fox has absolutely no idea what she's doing and, frankly, should not have a license as a nurse practitioner.
