I was hesitant doing telehealth, only because I felt it wasn't as personal of a experience I'd get inside a office visit, however I was completely just having a "old school mind set", I have been able to accomplish a close relationship with my providers,and in some cases even better then private providers I had met in person prior to coming here. The main reason I’ve stayed with Lifestance for the last 10 years is because of Rich Carey but more importantly, his assistant, Paula Higgins. She has made my mental health journey so much smoother than it could have been any where else. I don’t have insurance and drive an hour to get to the office but I still come here because of them. UPDATE: Paula Higgins died and the rest of their staff is inept and don't know how to handle paperwork to avoid crisis situations for their own patients.
