I called to cancel an appointment, that I know I canceled! And they said I didn't and charged me $100 for a no show fee! I wouldn't have made that appointment near my kids graduation day and I know I spoke to someone! But their lack of care and apparently only care about getting every penny out of you.
Had to cancel my appointment after I was told it would cost $350-700 for an initial virtual consultation because I would be self-pay.
