I waited 6 months for an assessment, which I expected since I am aware that longer appointments can be more difficult to fit into a provider’s schedule. I drove 30 mins and took 1/2 day off work because I expected my assessment to take several hours. Twice, I've had therapist quit and leave without providing proper notice and nobody provided a referral to ensure services wouldn't be interrupted. The ppl my family have worked with couldn't keep any consistency with their scheduling but we're very fast to send their bills over......

I made an appointment two months ago. Went over all the medications I take. Called a second time on my own accord to confirm everything. Then sent in my entire medical record not to mention filling out an intake form. Fast forward to today, three hours before my appointment, I get a call to tell me the provider they matched me with does NOT prescribe my medication.
