Awful experience- still getting bills for an appointment I never had because I showed up and the therapist decided to refer me to someone else which meant essentially not having the appointment. Customer service asked me to reach out then never responded. Beyond annoyed and shocked at the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed in my life
I write this as my son’s initial appointment has been canceled for the THIRD TIME. I wouldn’t use this service.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare practitioner or organization. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. I was promised medication to help with my diagnosis and was told I needed an in office visit first. Then my in office visit was canceled because the practitioner was sick so it was rescheduled for a Telehealth appointment. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but. Theyre horrible with staying in contact, they cycle through psychiatrists like underwear, and they charged my card after I (DOCUMENTED) had them take it off. I'm tired of having to dispute these charges. Unless you like playing games with your money, don't waste your time or resources.
I am a patient of Dr. Shaw and have been for a few years now. Due to life changing events I am a self pay patient with no insurance offered at the vet clinic I work for. So, I pay out of pocket about every two weeks. (Which is when I’m paid) Even though I pay my bill.. they would like for me to get set up on a payment plan.. so I called into the billing department a little over a month ago but due to system issues I was told he couldn’t set that up for me but that he would call back when he could.
