I booked an appointment on a Friday for an intake on Tuesday. Tried to cancel same day after the price sheet was sent to me and they’re now trying to charge me $100 to cancel my appointment that is 4 days from now. Can someone at Lifestance please tell me what I’m actually being charged for? I need a breakdown of the costs I’ve incurred for canceling an appointment 4 days before it’s scheduled. Please enlighten me.
This place charged me $70 for an appointment I never scheduled. I called them to address. They showed no appointment scheduled, but never returned my money. Now I have to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent charges. If you go here, do give them your credit card information. They’ll charge you whenever they feel.
Don't even waste your time if you're a new patient. I sent all of my information over - insurance card and license about a week before my apt. I call the day off to check with everything since I'm a new patient and I think her name is Kate answered. She was so condescending the whole time, said she was happy I called cause they needed more info (not sure why they wouldn't have called me sooner then since I had already gotten multiple confirmation texts and emails saying my apt was confirmed).
