Initial session- waited in virtual waiting room for 15 mins, with no response. Called office to inform of situation and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule; no apology for inconvenience or waste of my time. Disappointed by this first experience.
When it was just Argo I had a great experience! I love my therapist and never had any issues with her. But lifestance themselves changed everything and from then on it was a totally unpleasant experience any time I had to deal with them directly. They are rude, insensitive, and totally unwilling to work with you regardless of your situation. Again, my therapist was great but directly dealing with lifestance is asking to be put in a bad mood and get charged extra money unnecessarily.
So far this place is very accommodating and everyone I have spoken with had a genuine sense of empathy and want to help.
