I have been working out with Becky at the lifeSport Fitness Fit & Fab camp for a year and it's been a wonderful experience. I was looking for something to take my existing fitness routine up a level and this has been perfect. You can work at your own level and Becky is great about giving modifications to meet your current abilities and to address any injuries.
