Coach Becky, and my Coach Joshua are absolutely inspiring!! They have been quite supportive in guiding me with exercises, and have been fantastic helping me reach my goals!
I I joined LifeSport Fitness to get strong for an upcoming surgery. Their program is really comprehensive and tailored to each individual situation. After working with them for about five months, I am now at a position where I may be able to delay that surgery since I’m able to function pain-free.
Two months in to the program and I’m loving it. LifeSport fitness as advertised is more than a fitness place, it’s a community of like minded individuals who want to make fitness a way of life. Thank you Coach Becky!
I’ve been a longtime member of Lifesport Fitness. I had back pain for a few years so I tried chiropractors and physical therapy but nothing worked. First I was a bootcamp client of Lifesport and decided to try the semi personal training with Becky. Becky designed a personal program that helped strengthen my core and relieve my pain. After a year of training I feel stronger and my back pain has improved. The support you get from Becky and her team is the best. I highly recommend Life Sport Fitness!!
Update: Just attended the Active Aging Workshop and Assessment. Packed full of relevant and helpful info!! Becky is the ultimate fitness expert! I've been a client for 10+ years and love LifeSport Fitness!
