This place is TRASH. “Dr.Matthew Richmond” did a neurophysiological evaluation on my child back in August and refuses to send me the report ( even blocked my # ) I paid in full and should have realized it was fake once he asked me to pay him with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee. He is a joke I’m pretty sure he isn’t a real doctor and now I’m out $1k and most importantly my child is STILL struggling. Don’t waste your money at this fake place with this fake “doctor”. Dr Matthew Richmond is extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. My initial appointment went great and the other office staff are great but Dr Richmond put an off giving me the final results of my evaluation for weeks and weeks. He gave me multiple dates I could expect to have it by and then that day would pass and he would either ignore my efforts to get in contact or just blatantly lie and tell me another day that would of course come and go with nothing to show for it.
