Tired of sitting in a waiting room with 10 other sick people, getting ushered in by a medical assistant or nurse, who asks you a bunch of questions, only to repeat many of those questions with the doctor who sits for with you for 15 minutes to say, take this that you could have gotten on your own from Bartells, and come see me in two weeks if you aren't better? Dr. Ross is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional physicians... she listens and we work together and she is very thoughtful in her approach. I would highly recommend her!
