I absolutely love my doctor at LifeSpan Medicine, but LifeSpan Dallas is pathetic! You never can get a hold of anyone except through their portal!!! It is very frustrating! There is absolutely zero customer service! And even when you leave a voicemail message, your rarely, if ever, get a call back. If there were a zero to use as a ranking, I would give them that!
