I like the staff, but goodness the communication is HORRIBLE. If there was a -star they would get that. I almost never get an answer by phone. There is no office email .They have been short staffed up front for months . The practice is suffering , now especially since the NP Lynette is leaving .
Office rude over phone,gets smart with you when you have to cancel,threatens you doctor may not see you anymore,when doctor gets reports on everything I've been though past three weeks,very rude,not respectful im glad im not close there I'd teach there office how to talk on phone and how to respect patients privacy and not yelling over phone.
I feel that I'm not getting the care I need. I was changed from the doctor to a practitioner without being asked my preference. One will tell me opposite of what the other said. Most times getting satisfaction by phone is not successful. I end up going into the offices. Referral information is frequently incorrect. Not much empathy. I was recently misdiagnosed after telling the doctor my own diagnosis. Ended up at Urgent Care and learned I was correct was given medicine for I diabetic which I'm not. The office staff is always so nice to me and the nurse practioner always listens and does not rush the appointment
