Staff is so rude. Waited over an hour for lab work with only one person ahead of me. Two people were working. One was just sitting there doing nothing. Finally it was my turn and I had to wait even longer while they processed paperwork. I think that is something that could be easily done by one worker while the other drew blood.
The staff was rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered .. nobody greeted me or the other women that walked in. Nobody washed their hands. I have not ever received venupunture so forcefully in my life. She went so forcefully in with the needle that she had to pull back the needle to get blood return. I will not be returning to this site! Is it that difficult to be nice and professional?
