Extremely helpful and caring staff. If you are looking for a sleep apnea machine then this is the place for you. Brenilda the lady that assisted my wife was knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She made everything effort to educate and help. Top marks for excellent service. Far superior to a previous location.
They lied to me left hanging over holiday they told me today that have a tech come put and look at my oxygen machine they squeeze me in between 12-430 today and they never cames now I have to wait till Friday smh
My husband with lung cancer, COPD, pneumonia, CHF, called for new Oxygen tanks on Friday. They never delivered them. On the weekend, there was a power outage, the concentrator is electric. We had to call the fire department to get a small oxygen tank. Lifespan said we should have called them, they're on call 24/7. He just got home from the hospital, we are low on portable tank oxygen. We called at 630 pm, and we're told they are closed, call back in the morning. What if more outages?
I used to use Lifespan Home Medical for my special needs son's diapers years ago and they used to be great. They were always on point with getting our orders out in a timely manner. This isn't the case anymore. Last week I went to the doctor and was prescribed a neutral wrist splint for tendinosis in my wrist and I immediately bought the prescription here. Not only did they not fill the rx, but they also told me they shredded the paper, and needed another copy to fill it, even though the order is clearly in their system sinc... read more
Terribly incompetent. After calling ahead to make sure they offered the product needed, I called back to check status and they inform me they are too busy/inundated with orders to be bothered with me and my dads needs post-stroke.
