I'm still awaiting a caregiver for my 75 year old mom. GOing into week 4. But other than that they are a okay company. They good at returning your calls and do they best to get you a floater 1 day only wow 1 day so the other 4 days on your own. Most company's do at least 2 days for their clients. My mom has 40 hours per week. And 1 hr and a half 1 day care not going to get it. I told them to take their time only because I want a experienced caregiver! On the job experience that is. if you want to play phone tag this is the company for you, they have a vast network of people who don't answer phones and when they do answer they just simply pass you on to someone who then passes you on to the next person, you're like a doorknob everyone takes a turn, but the damn door never opens..

I have been with LifeSpan for several years, but have never had a CaseManager that was available. I went through several of them, since they did not last long. Till one day Maria Camacho came in and she has been a blessing and is a great asset to LifeSpan. She is a joy and always helpfull, responds to your voice mails ASAP and goes above and beyond for LifeSpan and her clients. She is truly a gem. I hope the company also recognizes her for what she has done since she came on board.
