Atrocious, abysmal, awful, frustrating, horrifying, defeating, waste of time, I want my life back, useless!!!! pointless, FRUSTRATING!!!!!, WORST HEALTH SYSTEM EVER!!!!!! Minimum 15 phone calls, hours on the phone, several weeks, trying to schedule a CAT scan and more. There is NO excuse for this incredible lack of competency, and ridiculous "protocol" within this department. Will be filing a complaint with the RI Department of Health once I calm down. Have a nice day!

Just one big money making bureaucracy. If you're lucky you just might get properly treated for what ails you.

Doctor asked If I was hungry and I said yes and they never returned with any food. Then finally after 5 hours went in for a ultrasound and was sent home.. dunno ... read more
