What can I say, they literally saved my life. Healthcare in this country is a joke but let's not take it out on the providers who across the board, in my experience, are hard working, knowledgeable and kind.
This company as a whole sucks. They should have never taken over Lifespan. The people that work for this company are rude, dismissive, and do not have patients for mental health patients. They also will comment to email them your number and they will never respond. Im still waiting for the call from my email on August 22nd.
The facilities are mostly good. The staff is well educated but don't always seem to know you exist. I think patient care could serve to improve for vulnerable populations or people at risk.
La peor experience. Estube hispitalizado por 3 dias. Por infeccion bateria de la piel. Para obtener un tylenol para el dolor. Tube. Q ir a reception porque llamaba a enfermera y solo decian voy en dos minutos. Y nunca llegaban. Pasaron dos horas aguantando un dolor terrible
