Last time I attempted to be seen at their emergency room, (RI HOSPITAL EMERGENCY) I waited 3 hours with an excruciating abcess that, according to the unaffiliated dental surgeon, almost cost me my eye. (Because no antibiotics were given in a timely manner) I was referred to a second hospital by the triage nurse, who told everyone in the room that they had no doctor on staff for at least the next 4 hours, when I decided to leave, and try a different hospital. Lifespan management can't cope with need for doctors, won't pay enough to hire experienced doctors and staff. My RX request was delayed 2 weeks after my doc left after a short tenure. LONG wait times to get phone answered, wait times to have inexperienced phone personal to read through your portal medical info to get simple answers. I waited 6 months to get neuro doc appointment, waited to get a replacement PCP Doc, not with any selection input, and not nearby . The bottom line is poor healthcare.

The $ they charge the middle class with health INS. is unbelievable. This whole organization should be ashamed of themselves in this regard.
They don't take you serious you're always accused of something like faking what you came in for it's really sad that people who choose to go into this kind of work are heartless and only in it for the money.
