If you have the chance of getting an appointment with Leshawna Murrell TAKE IT! I come to the practice from seeing numerous psychiatrists and while they are good at what they do, the DO NOT care like an APRN like Leshawna does. I’ve never been able to text my provider until now. had a long detailed intake with psychiatrist, filled out a ridiculous amount of paperwork none of which brought to light any info that would change anything and then after all this time and effort were put in i was dropped and given no reason. Stay away from this place, they just want to bill your insurance a couple times without having to provide any service at all. fraudulant and a complete waste of time
I’ve been with Lifespan Collaborative Services for some years now. Dilice and Crystal have both been amazing, professional, uplifting, and compassionate providers. As someone who sometimes has difficulty driving, scheduling has been easy and the flexibility between in person and telehealth is helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
This is nothing against the providers as people but how they run their business is incredibly concerning and unprofessional If you miss an appointment, they will not get back you, I've never had a single phone call ever returned. You have to send countless emails to even get noticed. If you’re on any serious medication with chances of withdrawals, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
The Lifespan collaborative team has been providing care to my family members for the past 5 years. They are wonderful, compassionate, thoughtful, thorough, timely and patient centered. I am so happy they are a part of the community and pray they continue to stay!
