This is regarding the E. Greenwich location. As the previous reviewer stated, they make you feel like a number and don't listen to what you say. Trying to leave or get a msg. to a nurse or other medical staff member is like pulling teeth, when you are dealing w/the staff who answer all the calls. Responses are slow when it comes to any msgs. sent thru the portal. I've seen 3 drs at this location and they don't listen to what I tell them and don't like or allow me to question anything.
Horrible service. They make you feel like you are just a number and another dollar in their pocket. No personal interaction. Many times no information is given. DO NOT GO HERE.
