Sereco was fantastic and worked out everything I needed. I left feeling 100x better than when I came in and with actionable steps to make sure I stay loose and flexible. Her knowledge of massage therapy and the human body is unparalleled!!
The first time I saw Sereco for a massage, my calves were so tight I could barely walk. I had a 12-mile race the next day and her massage saved me. I was able to race pain free and hit all my paces for a PR. I’ve been seeing her ever since. She listens and adapts the massage to meet your needs and goals.
Jennifer is so amazing and very helpful. She help me choose what is best for my hair without damaging it. I was able to achieve the hair color that i want without bleaching it. She also recommended a hair gloss which made it look so better. I have a great service at the salon and the experience is top notch. Hands down the best hair salon in downtown Manhattan!
I had a massage with Sereco and it was the most wonderful massage I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable in many facets of massage and body therapy and incorporated it throughout. Not only, she was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. To have someone care so deeply and honestly about your wellbeing is a privilege and I feel very fortunate to have gotten the chance to work with her.
