Between the amazing massage therapists and added benefit of an on-site chiropractor, it's your one stop shop for all things wellness and recovery. I recently had a custom massage with Nic & opted for a cupping upgrade which was a game changer for me. Nic was professional, knowledgeable and I will definitely be back!
Just had an 80 minute CBD massage with Nicolas! He was incredible! He helped me relax before my wedding and truly made a difference in how I feel. Highly recommend
The best little secret that clearly will not be soon enough. WOW! What incredible service in such a beautiful space here in Stamford. On top of this, Nik is a tremendous massage therapist. He understood exactly how to address my areas of concern. Then, he took time at the end of our session to explain a simple but very effective stretch I can do. I can't wait to go back!
