Rude staff who lie to cover up complaints to upper management. Incompetent management in house who is never there, to evaluate employee inept work performance. Staff is only concerned with up selling services. Prices consistently went up, as quality quickly decrease . Children running all over the club, who are supposed to be in summer day care. Try other gyms in the area who are $100 a month less expensive, and much cleaner.
I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former tennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. I have a wonderful stylist, Brandi, at lifetime. She is wonderful. She does a great job coloring and styling my hair. She has a great personality and I would recommend anyone to her. I give her 5 stars for being professional, friendly, and helpful with any questions I ask about my hair.
Rude management and bad customer service
I always go to Amy , she is amazing , 2 weeks I had my son wedding she did my hair and i got so many compliments, and I love it myself she is totally the best . This is Giovanna

I play intermediate pickleball open play at las colinas and do not recommend this club.We pay high membership dues but are always on the waitlist for pickleball because most of their part time employees sign up for pickleball open play.All these part time employees get free membership and their families get membership for $60 .So at any given day and weekends during peak hours 5 to 6 part time employees are always playing at intermediate open play which puts members like me who are actually paying high membership dues always... read more
