I recently had Silvie extensions added to my hair at a cost of over $1500. Within 6 weeks the color changed to a brassy tint and texture became like straw. I had the extensions tinted 4 times which never helped to return it to the original color. No one can explain this which makes me believe it is defective hair. The manager’s solution is just to ban me from the club. This is unprofessional and I would never recommend this salon nor the Silvie extensions to anyone.

I had such a great experience here! Spa was nice, calm, and clean. Staff at Lifetime Lenexa were friendly and helpful. I was running late to my appointment and they were so nice to accommodate to what I needed! Which is so rare because I feel like other spas just cancel your appointment or won’t work with you. They moved my appointments around so I didn’t have to make extra trips and went above and beyond to fit in what I needed done! I didn’t need much, but they were able to help me get in and out!
