I have been going to Lifetime and Lifespa for years and recently moved back to NJ. I spent almost $500 on my first service and Kristen and my facialist were great. There is a booking option on the Lifetime app—it’s possible I booked and cancelled (>24-48 hrs notice) 1-2 times since my last service due to change of plans. I had Strep Throat and originally was not accommodated despite the sanitation risk. Since I discovered Kristen at LifeSpa I haven't gotten a massage anywhere else. I get a 90 min massage once a month. She is the best!! Highly recommend!! Bonus if you get any service at LifeSpa you get to use the gym for the day!
Kristen has been my massage therapist for a few years now. I can honestly say she has changed my life. She has treated me for lymphatic drainage, neck and back pain, as well as facial pain and she has never backed down from my challenges. Her knowledge and expertise is only surpassed by her kindness and professionalism. She always makes you feel comfortable and understood. Kristen is an absolute asset to the company. I can’t recommend her enough!
