I had one of the most disappointing salon experiences here. I booked a hair appointment, but halfway through my color the stylist got sick and I had to leave with my hair unfinished. Later, the salon called to apologize and offered me a “complimentary 30-minute facial” as a gesture of goodwill. When I arrived for the facial, I waited 30 minutes, only for the esthetician to tell me it was an 8-minute facial. I’ve never even heard of such a thing. Madison gave me great advice and did a fantastic job with my haircut. She listened to my concerns, made suggestions and implemented her plan! Most importantly, my wife likes my haircut. And…isn’t that all that really matters?
Just had my hair done by Maddie! She is a wonderful wonderful stylist! She even did my wife's highlights. Great place to have your hair taken care of with Friendly staff all around!
