My family and myself have been members here for a long time. Due to recent life changes we had to cancel we hoped it would be painless and easy but Cameron rust made it difficult . He was unprofessional. couldn’t offer much help or answer my questions. Was very snappy and hung up on me and my fiancé. When I tried to call back and speak to someone higher up my phone calls were ignored.
