Unprofessional in several ways. Employees are not honest and unappreciative of donors. Will be going to Red Cross from now on.
Ladies are friendly, and you do not have to wait a long time.
Phlebotomists, Bella and Octavia, are great, they cared about how I was feeling throughout the platelet process. Meanwhile they are also funny and easy to have a conversation with. This is the only place I donate since I started and continue to go back.

Lifesouth Community blood donor centers are amazing. Two young ladies were working they were very helpful. After a quick questionnaire to make sure I was eligible they wisked me away to get my finger pricked and to check the old blood pressure. I always donate double cells so the attached me to the gigantic machine in the back.... Took about an hour and a half and I was on my way..... Snacks and juice were delicious. Thanks Lifesouth!
